We recently hired Bromwell for a complete kitchen and first floor renovation - and we couldn't be more thrilled with the results. From start to finish, their team was professional, communicative, and deeply attentive to our vision. What sold us on using Bromwell was their organization and portrayal of what to expect from them.
We wanted a space that felt inviting and yet unique. Our designer, Kristin, completely understood my desire for something with warm, natural tones in the living space and a moody, modern edge in entertaining areas. She absolutely nailed it.
Every detail, from the custom cabinetry to the tile work and finishes, reflects their high standards and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
Kristin ensured we focused on both the look and design of things while keeping in mind the functionality. Thoughtful layout changes and smart storage solutions have completely transformed how we use the space. Details such as a charging drawer to keep cords out of sight and a hidden pantry door are examples of what Kristin thinks of during the process.

Bromwell just completed our kitchen renovation and we are SO in love with it! It was a full overhaul, including knocking a wall down between our existing kitchen and formal dining room, to nearly doubling the usable size of our space. The whole process was seamless, beginning with meeting Kristin, who was polite, honest, and eager to see and hear my ideas. She truly helped to bring my vision to life! From helping me make final decisions on big items such as countertop edges, cabinet inserts, and structural flow, to sourcing the perfect finishes based off of my inspo pictures that were well within our budget, she was always readily available to help offer advice. We had received estimates from several other companies that were certainly lower than this one, but we had such a sense of confidence that things would run smoothly and in a timely manner, given how detailed and specific the estimate was. Right before the project began, we were given a 9 week calendar of all of the tasks to be completed and without fail, each week was spot on. The project actually ended up wrapping up about a week ahead of schedule. There were no delays or price surprises whatsoever, which I feel is nearly unheard of within most construction jobs. Our new kitchen is absolutely perfect for our family and we could not be happier with it!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Bromwell for a complete kitchen remodel, and I couldn't be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. The project included removing a wall to open up the space, replacing most of the plumbing and electrical systems, reconfiguring the layout of the appliances, moving HVAC duct work, installing a new vent hood, replacing the tile, leveling the floor, and adding new molding to all the rooms that the tile ran through.
The team was incredibly professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. Kristin, Dan and the rest of the team took our initial design ideas and truly brought them to life, enhancing them with their expert suggestions throughout the process. I was particularly impressed with how they managed the complexity of the project, seamlessly integrating all the changes and improvements without a hitch.
Their craftsmanship is top-notch, and the quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The new kitchen layout is both beautiful and highly functional, and the additional design enhancements have made a huge difference in the overall look and feel of our home.
Communication was excellent throughout the project. They kept me informed at every stage and were always available to answer any questions or address any concerns I had. It was clear that they genuinely cared about making sure I was completely satisfied with the end result.

Bromwell Construction renovated my family room and transitioned our guestrooom into a full separate apartment. They did an excellent job and I was thoroughly impressed with every part of the process. For me, it was an experience working with the Bromwell team. Sam, the designer was there every step of the way when it came to making decisions. I was so indecisive over and over and she never made uncomfortable with the amount of questions I asked. Dan, the project manager made sure I was aware of what progress was being made on a daily basis and kept me updated on all the timelines. They were pristine, professional and cleaned up after themselves each day as if no construction was going on at all. The end result has me floored. I am amazed and blown away by the results. They have exceeded beyond our expectations. I can’t wait for our next project with Bromwell. If there was a 10 star I would give them that rating! I will recommend them over and over.

We had a complete kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room remodel with Bromwell Company. I am a very happy customer. We loved our interaction from beginning to end. Sometimes you must pay a little extra but worth every penny when the outcome is pure perfection. Our kitchen turned out better than we expected. And let’s talk about the amazing team aka the Dream Team- we worked with Kristin and Dan and hopefully everyone gets a Dream team too! All the workers (demo crew, plumber, electrician, carpenter, painters) that came to our house where nice, polite, and extremely hard working. Every night they cleaned up and left no messes. Our driveway was even swept and clear of any debris. We never saw one cigarette bud on our grass. I know this sounds petty, but details matter and this company covered all the details. Not to mention they all put up with my barky dog that let them know it was his house. By the end, my little dog was excited to see the guys to greet them!
Bromwell took care of the full project from beginning to end in the exact time they predicted. They delt with several obstacles along the way but handled it like champs. My husband and I knew that hey had everything under control. When I hear other horror stories about remodels, I am grateful we found the right company for us. Piece of mind and great outcome is well worth it! At this point Bromwell will be the only company we will consider on our next remodel :-)

We could not be happier with our home renovation and the Bromwell team. Since this was our first renovation project we were nervous about both the big and small decisions related to a major renovation including the entire downstairs level (kitchen, powder room, mudroom/laundry room. However, the Bromwell team brought our vision to life and it is perfect.
From the initial consult/estimate, Frankie made us feel confident the Bromwell team would be able to execute our project seamlessly. Designers Sam and Sydney were professional, knowledgeable and respectful of our vision throughout the entire process. They respected our wants and needs while offering much needed advice when we were overwhelmed with decisions. They somehow managed to make the process as stress free as possible despite a few challenges that can come with remodeling a 100 year home. We were so impressed by Dan, our project manager who communicated with us on a daily basis and expected top notch work from his team. If work was not completed to expectations, he was quick to evaluate and fix if needed.
We were extremely pleased with everyone who worked on our project including the carpenters, electricians, plumbers and painters. They were extremely skilled and respectful. Our neighbors even complimented how professional they were during the entire process.
We love our renovation and cannot thank Bromwell enough. The team managed to make our home beautiful and comfortable while keeping the historic charm of a city home. We are quick to recommend Bromwell to our family, friends and neighbors for any renovation as we are confident they are the best in the business. We are already planning our next project and know Bromwell will be our first call when we are ready to tackle it.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They installed French Doors in my house it was the absolute BEST experience I have ever had with a contractor. Great quality work (the best) at a reasonable price and WOW you did not even know they were there is was so clean when they finished.

They were very upfront with all costs before the project started and there were no hidden fees or up charges added on at the end. We are experienced DIYers and decided to have Bromwell tackle the kitchen in our 100 year old home. From beginning to end, Bromwell was responsive and receptive to any questions or concerns. Working with Sam on the design was a pleasure...she did whatever was needed to allay design concerns, issues. Work was completed within a week of promised date but that was due to a slight delay in cabinet delivery. Dan was a proactive project manager we could depend on. Bromwell Construction began working on a mother-in-law-suite/addition for our family home in late December. The work, now 99% finished, is top-notch. Frank Sr. designed the 685 sq. ft. space and worked closely with us to meet our needs. From the beginning, communication was superb. Bromwell did a great job with my home improvement project, which involved knocking down a load-bearing wall between my dining room and kitchen. The many facets (demo, the new load bearing beam, painting, electrical, HVAC, tile) were all managed and brought together wonderfully and we couldn't be happier with the end product. Other companies refused to even come give an estimate, but Bromwell was ready and willing. They even accommodated a last minute change to the project with no complaint. I highly recommend them and plan on using them again for future projects.
